Not an Industry Leader 5/7/2011

Salad Bar was horrible. Server was more interested in her personal conversations than customer service. Price for salad bar is way to high for what they offer. Manager is not interested in good customer service and appears to not be concerned with solving opportunities as they arise. more

Good: the server was smiley. Bad: the workeres were loud, no its your turn, no i leave in a hour, not enough workers, were was management, appeared to be none.. Improvements: better customer service, better trained servers, the salad bar was pathetic, the pizza was unsetteling. you tell me.. more
