It has been one headache after another, dealing with Boulder City Pizza Hut.
One evening back in February, my friends and I placed a delivery order, and given your normal 30 minute arrival estimate. About an hour later, I called them back, complaining that our order had not arrived. The manager on shift that evening promised that he would cut the total price in half for taking so long.
A day later or so, I checked my bank info (ordered with debit), and they had charged the full amount to my card.
I've been on the phone with them numerous times. I went into their store to complain in person, and was told that I'd be reimbursed for the full amount.
It's now the middle of March. Next week, it'll be a month since this headache began, and I still haven't received any sort of refund at all, despite calling once a week to check the status, and always being met with confusion from the dim-bulbs who work there.
My friends and I will never go to Boulder City Pizza Hut again.
