We've experienced extremely poor management at this location... We ordered a pizza delivery online and received confirmation that it would arrive around 6:17. When it hadn't arrived by 6:45 my husband called to check on it and was told the driver was out with seven deliveries and should arrive soon. At 7:15, still no pizza, so I called. The girl who answered said she had no order showing for us. After I told her I was looking right at our e-mail confirmation and that we'd been told once it was on the way, she put me on hold so she could get the Manager, Mary. After holding about 10 minutes, Mary finally picked up and told me she showed no order. Then she checked further and said the order had been cancelled - By us! I told her that was not the case and asked how it was cancelled, but she said she didn't know. She asked if we wanted to reorder and I told her that after waiting for an hour and a half we weren't waiting any longer. No apology, no nothing. When I relayed all this to my husband, he was angry and called back and asked to speak to her. Again, she couldn't tell him how the order was cancelled. When he said that we now have three upset children wondering why they're not getting pizza, she literally said ""I couldn't care less."" By then my husband was boiling and let her know we'd be contacting Corporate, but her response was basically ""Fine - Do that."" I understand that mistakes happen, but I don't understand a total disregard for customer service. If Mary doesn't care about our business, we'll be more than happy to take it elsewhere. This pizza hut will receive no more orders from us or from my husband's business, not that they care.
