Pizza Hut

I've eaten at this Pizza Hut several times and have never had any problems. But Sunday, I decided to order in some pizza because I was expecting some guests. I had a coupon for 2 medium pizzas for $14.99. I called, told the lady about the coupon and ordered a medium pizza, crust with beef topping and another plain cheese. She said it would be an hour, which is a normal time length around here. So about an hour later, the delivery guy shows up with 1 pizza, not two. And the one pizza was $14.99. Plus, there wasn't much meat on it, and it looked old, not hot and fresh. When I called Pizza Hut, they put me on hold for several minutes, and then the manager told me that they'd sent the cheese pizza to me, but it would take another hour. That's insane. I told her I'd just send the pizza back, and she said, "Fine, if that's how you want to be about it." And hung up on me! I gave the pizza back to the guy and he apologized like 5 times, but I after the way the manager treated me, I don't think I'll ever order from them again. more

I should have known. The last time I had a pizza delivered the delivery boy added his own INCREASE to the tip. When I got my credit card bill I called and they sent me the money. This time I ordered and true to form , an hour later the pizza still wasn't there. When I called to cancel I was given the run around before being allowed to cancel. Of course the manager told me"Sometimes when we void these , you still get charged, if you do just call and we'll credit your card". Excellent customer service,Huh? With this kind of service it's no wonder that we 're hiring all of the illegals. At least they care about your business. more
