Pizza Hut

My fiance and I ate there one day in December. When we walked in the place was dirty and basically empty, they had to clean a table for us to sit and left it wet! The place was filthy and the staff sloppily dressed as the danced around the VERY loud inappropriate music like they were in a club. The food wasn't good, the waitress didn't refill our drinks or bring us our check until we asked for it (too busy dancing) and the whole atmosphere was loud and crazy (not like a family restaurant), all the while the manager stood behind the counter and watched. They have lost my business, no matter how hungry, I will never eat there again! Pros: cheese sticks Cons: NOTHING more

I ordered 2 Large pizzas, 2 orders of breadsticks, and 2 2-liters of Pepsi from the website. My estimated order time was 10:52 (30 min from when I ordered). I call after 11:30 only to have the manager tell me that my order was canceled because they couldn't get in touch with me (said my phone was busy and he called 3 times). My phone records show no incoming or outgoing calls from 6:30pm until when I called the store. The manager said they ran out of ""that kind"" of dough. Seems like a very weak excuse to me. Aren't they supposed to be open 'til 12? When I called at 11:30 they said they were closed. Manager didn't offer to help fulfill the order in any way. He just wanted to tell me that he had a store to run (he won't for much longer if he doesn't sell anything). If you like gambling on getting your food this is the place for you!
