I called to place an order with Pizza Hut at the Sigman Road location. I gave one of my 2 cell #'s, but it did not show up in the system, although I ordered from there in the past. Reana was not very nice on the phone about the fact that she would have to call back to verify the address since I was not in the system. So, politely, I said I'd give her my 2nd cell # to see if it's in the system. Again, Reanna seemed very put out and sighed loudly, ""what's the other number?"" She never verified with me wether the 2nd # was in the system, only finishing off by saying the order will take an hour and a half. I then said thank you and Reanna said YEAH and slammed the phone down. I called back to add to the order and Reanna asked what # I placed the order under. I gave her the 1st cell # and she angrily said, ""there is no order under that #.: I said maybe you put it under the second # I gave you. After she became argumentative and rude, I cancelled the order and she slammed down the phone again. I called back to ask another employee what her name was. I could here her in the background arguing with another customer on the phone about not having used their number since March 31st. As with me, Reanna was again being very nasty to a customer on the phone, while I was ironically calling to find out her name due to her rudeness. Time for this Pizza Hut location to provide some mandatory customer service courses and/or clean house. I won't be purchasing from this location again until I have firm confirmation from corporate that one or both of those has taken place.
