My fiancé, my son and I recently visited the Pizza Hut in toccoa ga. I'm a server myself and I understand having an off night or being busy or new but I don't believe any of these was the case. I order the meaty marinara to share with my son. The noodles were raw so I didn't eat it. I would of had them make me a new one had our server come back again. When she did it was to bring our check and I asked to speak to a manager. Several minutes went by when the manager came to my table. She said she would get my name and address and send me a coupon. We still had to pay for it and was never given an apology. While she did offer to make me a new one, my fiancé had finished his p'zone some time ago and my son was getting cranky (he's 17 months old). I'm very annoyed by this whole experience. There was only 1 other table in the restaurant our drinks stayed empty and I left hungry and irritated. I normally would never write a review, especially a negative one but our server needs to find a new profession or get a personality and this Pizza Hut needs to train it's managers on handling guest complaints and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. As a server I feel I haven't done my job if my guests leaves hungry upset or doesn't return over something I could have fixed. A good server can almost always turn a bad experience into a good one just by being sincere and doing there best to attempt to fix the issue. We won't be back.
