My Pizza Hut experience tonight!.....

First, after I placed my order I was informed on the website that it would take an hour and a half to receive my order. I called to complain. Ask to speak to a manager and got routed to Kansas. Nothing happens.

Second, I wait for the order since you have already charged my credit card and refused to give me a refund. It arrives after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes...missing half the order.

Third, the delivery driver apologizes and says he will be right back with the missing items from my order...30 minutes later...no driver and no order.

Fourth, called the restaurant. They already knew of the problems I was having this evening and offered to resend the missing part of the order or said I could have it free next time...UMMM HELLO...I already paid for it...IT'S NOT FREE.

Fifth...I'M EXTEMELY PISSED OFF AND WILL NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. OH...AND I WILL ALSO POST THIS ON THE INTERNET.
