Pizza Factory

I hadn't been to pizza factory in a couple of years. I went back this weekend with my family, the pizza was better than i remember. The owner even stopped by our table to ask us how are food was! She was very nice and even brought candy for the kids. We will certainly be back more

The pizza itself is good, but the customer service sucks. The delivery service is awful. The store actually called back to say the driver was too busy to deliver, and there were no apologies. The management staff was extremely rude and made no effort to rectify the situation. Never ordering from them again! more

While the pizza is usually good the delivery service has proven unreliable and the customer service in response to complaints is dismal. I realize that on weekends they may be busy but after being told that a delivery would take 45-60 minutes I called after an hour and a half and was told, ""it's on it's way"". The restaurant is less than 10 minutes from my home. More than a half hour later I called again to cancel the order and was told, ""sounds good"" in response. No apologies or efforts to improve the situation, just, ""sounds good"". I only received a ""sorry to hear that"" when I informed the employee I was speaking with that we would not be ordering again...no effort to improve the situation on his part. Pros: Pretty good pizza Cons: Poor customer service that doesn't seem to care about your satisfaction more
