We ordered a pizza to be delivered to the Bench Warmer in Ventura, and were given a delivery time of 45 min. The pizza arrived in 30 min, the delivery person was courteous and the pizza was hot and tasty. We will order form them again! Pros: Great delivery more

Easily the poorest excuse for Pizza in town. Service in the house is slow and dilivery is slower. Pizza was almost cold by the time it arrived. Not a good value more

We ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni and onion, and received a pineapple and ??. I don't like pineapple on pizza and we refused it. Unfortunaly we had given our credit card number over the phone. We were told we would get a credit for a free pizza for the inconvenience. (Since we went without dinner that night) When I received my credit card statement - yep, the charge was on the card. Some free pizza. It cost us 16.77. We called the store to ask for a credit and they said we would have to speak to the owner. We still have not been able to reach the owner. more

We ordered the Pizza Chief for delivery for the first time this week. They ask you if you want to leave a tip on your card if you pay that way. Don't! The driver forgot out Buffalo Wings. He said he'd be right back with them. 30 minutes pass and I call and they say that he forgot them again but was on his way. Another 30 minutes pass and he still isn't there. So I call and they say they will rush them out to me. Another 30 minutes pass and no one has come. And instead of giving me something for free to make it up, they just say that next time that I have Buffalo Wings coming to me. It was the worst service I've ever had. The pizza was damn good though.
