Pizza Carnival

My family was a guest at a party hosted at Carnival. When we ordered out entrees...I asked if the children had the same choices as adults. I was told "Yes." I ordered the chicken dish as it was probably the only thing my kids might eat. When the food arrived....we noticed the kids at other tables were given chicken nuggets. I questioned the waitress and she said she didn't know what to tell me. So my kids ended up not eating anything other than the bread on the table. Then when the cake was served...the waitress miscalculated and cut the slices too big. She came up short by two tables. I had to purchase one of their desserts so my kids could have cake too!! Unbelievable!!! It wasn't my party...so I had no reason to complain to management. BUT...if I was the hostess I would have had plenty to say. TERRIBLE...TERRIBLE service!!! more

It seems Pizza Pete has gotten too big to handle his regular customers anymore. They burn the pizza and it doesn't taste right, maybe they changed the recipe but they should change it back. more

Carnival's been around forever and has really good food. But I would say their pizza is average, nothing out of this world and I don't usually make a special trip out to get their pies. However their menu always has many delicious selections. And it's also good to know their dinners are what I would call expensive but its still our local place of choice for a special occassion out. Ive also attended as well as hosted a few special occassions in their beautiful dining room. Its a great place for that! more

Carnival's Pizza is one of the longest running pizza shops in the area, which is pretty suprising since they are rather average. Their location has seen it's share of ups and downs, but now that their spot has become more populated you'd think they'd try to step it up to compete with the other mainstays of the area. Unfortunally you get the same plain pizza they've been dissed up for many years. It's worth a look if you happen to be in the shopping center, but not worth a trip for. The pizza tastes fine, but it's hard to recommend when there are so many better places so close. more
