I went there tonight, and I picked up a pizza and a wrap, panini, and wings. I have to say it was the best food I ever had. And I was never disappointed. I noticed the sign say they also use all natural cheese which is very hard to find. We love this place and we also love the service. People are so nice there. I wanted to leave a good review because these people deserve it. \r P.S. We love the RiceBalls. They are fresh every time. more

Order here all the time, went to order today and the person who answered phone was so rude, cursing etc, to the fact that when I went to give him my credit card number he said oh great now wants to put it on an f'n card then said I'm not taking anymore f'n orders!! So I hung up and won't be using them anymore! There customer service was never great to begin with but that pushed us over the edge! more

Love the pizza,and the paninis are awesome! They just renovated a new dining room and its so nice I was blown away , had dinner there last night it's very fancy and very impressive. Congrats on the new dining room and the waiters are wonderful good luck! more

convenient but not good. I actually order here a lot because its the only decent food place around here but I cringe every time we do. First of all their grandma pie was offensive, it's not a real grandma pie, but when I called thinking i got the wrong pizza they told me that they ""call it grandpa pie so they don't compete with dominos"". ( Iv been eating this pie my whole life, did they think dominos created it?)The next time I tried ordering it I wanted to make sure I was ordering the right pie and the man on the phone started arguing with me and didn't want to be bothered. Each time I order a ""grandpa"" pie it's made completely different! After placing another delivery order I had called back to let them know which house was mine because we had no power and I was rudely told "" my drivers know what they are doing"".., really cuz at least 5 times your delivery boys ring my neighbors door that have young children at 10:00 at night. Then I order a Stromboli..... I wish I can show you a picture of the undercooked doey cheese blob that I got. No meat, just cheese and raw do. Of course I called and I was told that thats their Stromboli and if I wanted meat I should have said so....WTF... This place is busy but can care less... Hey Pizza One, go to Espitsitos in mahwah or Rosario's in midland park or any pizza place in Bergen county and try their grandma pie and take a look at what a Stromboli is. It should be called pizza 2 because every time I eat it that's what I have to do! Tired of their cocky attitudes and fake food, it's all the same ingredients just thrown together in different combinations more

Great place to get food from 11/9/2011

I live in Pompton Lakes and just had a spectacular catering order delivered to me for my son's first birthday party. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. All of the food came out exactly as I'd hoped for. Also, the staff was great- the phone person who took my order was especially sweet and helpful, and the driver was also a pleasure, giving me a hand in setting up as well. I will definitely be using their catering services again and recommend them to everyone I know. more

Love their paninis and salads...Staff is always polite and courteous. Food is always hot and on time. I order at least twice a week for pick up from Wayne!! more

Don't Believe The Hype 12/4/2010

The food is decent, but the attitude through out the organization is awful. It appears as though they think that it is a prize to receive their food. Late deliveries are common place and when questioned about it, the only answer is that it is ""on its way."" Also, if you place an order in the actual restaurant for takeout, the workers act like they are doing you a favor even getting you food. There are enough pizza places in the Northern New Jersey area that poor customer service doesn't need to be tolerated. Don't believe the hype...pass on Pizza One. more

Great Pizza , I love pizza and been always looking for a great place, herd about this from my friends that live near there, we oredered one night and it was perfect.Hot Fresh.great crust,and awsome cheese...Menu is huge sooo many things to try. great Sandwiches and paninis. Best Pizza in My Life 3/17/2008

I've ordered 9 or 10 times now, the food has been phenomenal every time. You can pick up your order in the store, or have it delivered, either way it's lightening fast service. They have the best pizza in my area, my kids love their chicken fingers, the hot wings are choice, and they even have Rutgers Grease Truck Fat Sandwiches. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good food at even better prices. more

best food ever!!!! 3/17/2008

We got our daughter's christening dinner catered from here and it was the talk of the party. The food was the best and so fresh. You could tell the ingredients were high quality. I used to get my food catered from a resturaunt but they do not compare to pizza 1's food . The driver was so friendly, he set up the food, and even helped serve. We are so happy that we found \r Pizza 1 !!!!!!!! Pros: really great lasagna more

We love their food, yet my husband won't order from them anymore. We used a coupon once, and then got another in the mail, and when he went into the place to use the second coupon, on a totally different day, the girl told him off in front of other customers. She said ""you can't use any more coupons here. You already used one a different time, and it says 'one per customer'. It's not like we tried to use two coupons in one night. On top of that, when we mentioned it to the owner, he didn't care much at all. So, although we miss their food, we don't miss their attitude-filled staff.
