I had gone to two other places.. you know big box type store and a drug store... should have know better than to do this but at that time I didn't know where else to go. Paid for their versions of what a passport photo should look like and was rejected both times due to exposure and facial expression being not correct for the specs required. Finally found Pix & Dubs on city search led me to Pix & Dubs website and checked them out, called to make sure they knew what they were doing. Sounded good over the phone and I did not need an appointment. The whole process took about 10 minutes and finally had the photos i needed to get my passport. Friendly people and I was able to park directly in the front of the store. Wish i knew about them first. I usually do not right reviews but this time i thought it might help someone else who was in my situation.,
