This service is awful: poor service. I have experienced being driven all around town for HOURS...getting home at 2 am when I arrived in PGH at 8pm. Confrontational drivers: one called me repeatedly and demanded that I come outside and he was 20 minutes early. When I complained, they sent him again when I needed service and he threatened me. I am still waiting for the general manager to address this behavior. Take a taxi..more $$ but peace of mind. Or get a friend to take you to the airport. more

Event Planner 10/7/2011

I am an Event Planner for one of the largest live events companies in the US. I am using the Pittsburgh Transportation Group for my event this weekend. This is hands down the worst experience that I have ever had with a transportation company. I have been to more than 30 of the countries biggest markets and worked with over 30 different transportation companies and I have never had an experience that was anywhere close to being this terrible. Bottom line they have not done what they said they could, they don't care, and they aren't trying to fix it. I will never use this company again, and I strongly recommend that you take your business anywhere else. more

Best Service Ever 2/11/2007

We needed transportation last minute for airport transportation, a bus and Limo service we called the all 4's number 412-444-4444, and a very friendly and knowledgeable customer service person took care of all the transportation, one call and everything worked out great. If you need transportation these are the folks. It's nice to see Pittsburgh has a company that can do it all. Pros: can do it all Cons: none so far more
