We tried...set up an appointment, or so we thought, to clean our pond. Didn't officially respond with the appointment we thought we made, so we tried again. This ""business"" then told us they could come out one of two different weeks (3 weeks later), but couldn't specify which week. Didn't make the first week, so we assumed we would see them the second week that was specified. These people didn't call, didn't show up, didn't e-mail. It must be nice to be soo busy that you do not need to worry about customer service. This is the most ridiculous lack of professionalism that we have ever dealt with. This is a sad excuse for a business. We even asked for a consultation to get an estimate for an outdoor kitchen, and they NEVER even called about it. You may want to consider a professional business if you need to contract for any major work or work that may effect the life of pets such as fish that may be important to you. Don't be fooled by what appears to be a professional website, these are not professionals. Believe it or not, there is competition in this market space, Lets see what Pond Creations or Professional Lawn Care Corp. can do. We are sure we can find some business that WANTS to help us with our outdoor kitchen too. We are glad they messed up the first part before we signed up for anything with a significant cost. more

We had an old concrete slab that was our backyard patio. It was cracked in several places and was causing problems with drainage. We wanted to have it removed, put in new drainage and a new stone patio. We wanted something on the high-end, with fireplace and sitting walls with pillars. We liked to host backyard BBQs and wanted something that would last and could withstand a lot of use. After shopping around, we were recommended to set up an appt. with Pittsburgh Stone and Waterscapes out of McDonald, Pa. We saw their other work and jumped to commission them. Jeff came out to our house and designed the project on his laptop after taking some pics of our backyard. He showed us a 3D virtual image of the project which really helped us to get a better sense of the usage of the space. It was easy to tweak the placement of all the features. Once work started, we were overwhelmingly impressed by their well-organized workmanship. Jeff and his crew are no-nonsense professionals. They worked in stages and kept everything clear of debris , tools, etc at the end of each. The end result was a duplicate of our computer created image. I have never been more satisfied with a contractor. I've had plenty of work done through the years, but never had this level of overall perfection. The price was well worth it. We plan to have Jeff and crew put in a waterfall next. See pic for final result! more
