Pittman Tires recently worked on my vehicle, and in the process they broke my Tire Pressure Monitoring System. When I went to get my tire fixed, they informed me that my Tire Pressure Monitoring System band was broken. I thought this was unusual because I had just purchased the car, but I said "ok" and they fixed it. Immediately after this, my Tire Pressure Sensor fault light came on. I thought this was because I needed to have it recalibrated. Pittman Tires does not have the equipment to do this, so I took it to Ford, which is where I bought my car. Upon looking at the car, Ford informed me that whoever fixed my tire had hit the sensor and broken it. They also told me the band was put on wrong. I had to pay $220 to fix Pittman Tires' errors. Now Pittman Tires is telling me this is not their problem and they don't care.
