Great food and Great Service 12/21/2007

We have been going to pita cafe for years and we love it! The food is amazing and we have allways found the staff very friendly and helpful. We have never had to wait to be seated, and the staff have, on every occassion treated us with a level of hospitality that is unmatched. It is, hands down, our favorite place to eat! Im suprised to see so many negative reviews about the service. I've never had better service anywhere. more

I recommend getting take out 3/8/2007

We have dined into Pita Cafe several times. The service is awful. I think there is a language barrier as well because we ordered something completely different than what was brought to the table on one occasion. Mostly the staff just disapears for minutes on end and don't return to check on you at all. However, the food and the homemade beverages are fantastic. Good food, worst service on earth 6/7/2006

We have had absoltley horrible service at this place, numerous times. We kept going back because we liked the food, and the prices were decent... but After 3 times of visiting the restaraunt when we had to litterally chase down the wait staff, we decided against going back anymore. A real Ethnic Authentic restaurant in Novi ? 4/2/2005

Our friends are regulars at the pita cafe. They gave us a gift certificate on my birthday. After we went to the pita cafe and order the real ethnic food that reminds you of home cooking, we informed them that it was my birthday. Suddenly, the whole restaurant light were shut off and every employee there came towards our table and sang for me with a rice pudding cake on the house. Moreover, it was friday and there was a live band playing the wierdest instrument. These instruments were like the Bouzouki... I had a great time and I highly recommend this great rare place. A Hideout in the city of Novi-Michigan 3/26/2005

I was getting sick of going reasturants that are very expensive and ordering the same meal over and over. I went to the Pita cafe in Novi and it was this hideout place were people don't recognize that it existed. In there, hand made chandeliers gave a beautifull ambience and the food was all natural, fresh, and so healthy. All entres are 3 course meals and the most I paid was less than $15 per entre. A great romantic, family oriented place with great healthy food and very hospitable staff. At the end of our meal, we were given a huge plate of fruits on the house. You have to try it.
