Horrible customer service 5/1/2012

I went to this restaurant many times. The customer services is getting worst and worst. Today, I went for lunch with my wife, we stand infront the counter for 3 mins. We saw 2 dirty tables, the rest were occupied. The lady in the counter just ignored us and standing there do nothing. Never ask how many of us, are we dine in or take out, never told us to wait a second for the table to be clean. Servers never feel like cleaning the table for waiting customers. Quick and great! 10/9/2008

Asian Express is the best of all the oriental food in Midland. There are options for Genji's, but without the high prices, still just as good. The Chinese is also good, its the same as at Pi's, without the buffet. It's easy to get in and out of quickly, although around lunch there can be a wait because it's so small. Overall, its great! more
