I went here to get my first tattoo.... I brought a picture of what I wanted and Coop (hope I spelled that right) drew up a picture for me..... It was Beautiful way better than the pic a brought in. We had to wait for a while for him to draw it up but I would have waited twice that long it was so pretty. more

Clean place, amazing work 2/23/2010

I just had a pretty good sized tattoo done here. The work is absolutely amazing. People have told me it is so gorgeous that it looks fake! The place is super clean and the guys there took time with me to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. They are very laid back, but very respectful and courteous. I would not go anywhere else. Phil did mine, but I watched the other guys working and they were all amazing. I cannot say enough good about the place. You really need to check it out before you go anywhere else. Even if you have had a good experience elsewhere, this will be better! more

The only place I'll get my work done!! 5/13/2009

I have so far only two tattoos and Tyson has done the work for me!! He did a really great job with the coloring and blending and really listened and cared at what I wanted and how I wanted each tatto to look!! I can't wait to go back! Plus I had purchased a new nose ring from another place and was having trouble getting it back in since I hadn't worn a ring in almost 3yrs. I went there and even though the guy who does piercings( sorry forgot your name) took aboout 15min of his time and basically had to re-pierce my nose he didn't charge me a thing! Those guys and gals up there rock!! Pros: These guys work with you and can really take a joke Cons: closes too early more

AWESOME ALL AROUND 2/19/2009

I went to the Pirate Ship after it first open and was immediately impressed in the fantastic customer service. I have had 2 tattoos done there and look forward to getting plenty more. I would not trust my body to anyone else. I highly recommend this place. more

Amazing customer service/all around experience 8/15/2008

I went here for my first tattoo, but it wasn't my first stop. I tried Harold's in Crowley, and 360 Blue's and tattoos first, but they were asking 75 and 100 dollars for a tattoo that the Pirate Ship did for 50. That and the studio is kept really clean, and doesn't look at all like any tattoo parlors I've ever seen. more
