This company “does what it says”. Firstly, and probably most importantly they turn up, and on time, secondly their workmanship and staff are all professionals, and thirdly they clean up any debris or rubbish, to leave your home as they found it. more

Absolutely fabulous. The plumber was on time, knew what he was doing, and was very personable. I have a home warranty but felt Pioneer Plumbing put it in and they should know what to do more

Excellent. Your tech was outstanding. He was friendly but professional. He gave us advice regarding our system and how we could make improvements. Expedient and timely service. Educational info about how to control our hot water system. We now have a better understanding about how our water heater works and the proper care we should take on an extended vacation. more

He made sure that I understood every part of the procedure before he started to work on it and gave me an estimate up front. Ernie had excellent knowledge of the problem. By the way, the drain that was giving me problems hasn't needed to be looked at since. Thanks for a job well done. Keep up the good work. more

Before you, whenever I called a plumber I usually received an over-weight, sweaty and inappropriately discourteous man with his pants below his waist just waiting for me to cut the check. Not anymore, your plumber was dressed appropriately, courteous, and extremely thorough. more

The installation and commissioning went smoothly, and the system has been functioning without a hitch for over a year. It now seems to us that rainwater harvesting should be designed into any new build and where possible, fitted to existing buildings. And you definitely feel good when it rains... more
