What a letdown. After what some people have said, I expected better from this place. The Garden Salad was limp and tasteless. (How do you manage to have fresh vegetables be tasteless? Maybe not so fresh.) The italian dressing was insipid. The pizza crust tasted like cardboard and the sauce tasted like it came from a can. The peppers, onion and mushrooms on the top were OK, but the pepperoni and sausage were rubbery and -- again -- almost tasteless. But the mozzarella sticks were AWESOME. OK, there were only 6 small ones for $6.49, but they were AWESOME. Apparently this place is another Yard House: no sane person eats anything there other than the appetizers. more

Well I must say I was extremely disappointed in my most recent order from Pinocchio's. I have order from Pinocchio's before and have always had my food delivered on time or even if the driver was a little late my food was never freezing cold, that was until my recent order on 1/31/2014. Not only was the driver an hour late(est. time of arrival 7:55 pm, actual time of arrival 8:55 pm) but my food was ice cold and of course the driver offered no explanation as to why he was so late, when I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. Needless to say I wont be ordering to go from Pinocchio's any time soon. :-( more

I really like Pinocchio's Pizza! Their pizzas seem to be assembled as they are ordered, rather than being "prefabricated", and I like that. I have eaten at Pinocchio's, ordered take out, and this time had delivery. My pizza was what I ordered, was delicious, arrived exactly within the time frame I was given and it was still hot. more

Food was here in exactly 45 minutes, which is the amount of time they said it would take. We got two eggplant parm dinners and they were fantastic. Salads were huge and had lots of extra veggies, not just lettuce. I asked for spaghetti instead of fettuccine and they actually did it. Will be ordering from here again! more

Had heard from a friend that Pinocchio's was great, and we were looking forward to trying it. Delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes...it took over 45. I called and got no apology. Unfortunately, the pizza was NOT worth the wait. more
