Worst

My dog hershey had an ear infection. I took him there twice. Each time I saw different doctors and staff, and they made me buy all this "stuff". The crap they gave me didn't work....

did not try to fleece us or oversell us which is what I got from other N. Scottdale vet services. We got a clear estimate.\r timely service and clean!\r \r Friendly too. more

Best VET ever! 8/17/2011

I have been with Dr. Stevenson since 1991, since then, she has helped all of my animals. She goes above and beyond, calling me at home to check on whomever needed help. I don't know what I would do without her services. I highly recommend Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital as I would never consider going anywhere else. more

great experience 8/10/2011

I recently moved to Scottsdale, and several neighbors recommended this vet for my dog. I was impressed with how soon I was able to get in, they even offered same day appointments when I called. While I was there, the entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The exam room was comfortable and smelled nice. I did not feel rushed or like I was being up-sold to have more services done. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone! more

What a wonderful vet. 8/1/2011

I cannot say enough about the caring and compassion shown by the vets and staff. Through the years I have\r lost and gained some pets, just knowing that the Doctors and entire staff make you feel that your pet is part of their ""family""means so much.\r The desk staff was welcoming and friendly. \r The technicians are knowledgeable and answered all my questions. \r I work late it is nice to know that I can get a appointment after work. I am extremely happy and plan to go back. \r \r more

Not Patient Friendly 4/15/2010

I was not happy with my experience with this Animal Hospital. First of all, I never saw the same vet twice. Second, I would need to wait an inordinate amount of time. Once I saw the vet, they were nice, but there wasn't any follow up. In addition, I suggested alternative treatments and they were not open to them. I wanted to put my dog on a different seizure medicine and they didn't want to do it, even though the medicine they were advocating causes liver damage. I changed vets. more

Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital is excellent! 8/4/2009

Dr. Stevenson is the best diagnostician that I have found in 40 years in purebred dogs in California, New York and Arizona. The technicians are caring, knowledgeable and always concerned. Front office is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who really cares to have the best for their pet. more

Dr. Stevenson and Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital 3/21/2009

My pet has consistently received the most outstanding treatment from a loving and caring staff. Not only does Dr. Stevenson know the medical but she is up to date on the "natural" healing methods as well. Dr. Stevenson has been my vet for 2 years and I won't change! If you want a vet that listens to you and listens to your animal, this is the place! more

Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital goes above and beyond 8/28/2007

Dr. Stevenson has cared for a number of our family pets over the years. She is very compassionate to us and all our pets, as well as being one of the best Veterinarians in the Scottsdale area. We would highly recommend Pinnacle Peak and we will always go there even though we now live pretty far from the hospital. more

Anyone who thinks poorly of Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital is just trying to create an excuse to skip out on their bills. The people there are great to the animals and educate the owners about what is best for their pets. These people go above and beyond to care for the pets and do it all the time. more

BAD experience 6/23/2006

My dog hershey had an ear infection. I took him there twice. Each time I saw different doctors and staff, and they made me buy all this "stuff". The crap they gave me didn't work. I went to petsmart and the vet there fixed hershey for much less money. I'll never go back. PROS: there near a good mexican restaurant CONS: how much time do you have? more

Excellent and trustworthy vet 3/20/2006

This clinic is excellent because you know that they love animals and that they want to take the best care of your pet as possible. They are very nice about explaining things to you and spending as much time with you as you ask for. I highly recommend them if you are close to your pet and think that you are going to have a lot of questions; or if you are concerned about having the best quality of care. PROS: Great staff that will spend a lot of time with you CONS: None. more

The doctors here are knowlegable, attentive and go above and beyond. They are always able to squeeze us in for an appointment, even last minute and give us all the time we need during our time there, for any questions we may have. We would not take our dog anywhere else to get treated. more
