STAY AWAY!!! DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! NOT LUXURY AT ALL!!! This place looks nice, the clubhouse looks amazing, the model unit shows great but it's ALL A LIE! The apartment was FILTHY - garbage, literally partially eaten food scraps, in every carpet edge of every room and even the closets; dirt and grime on almost every surface, including walls; filthy, stained cupboards in the kitchen; broken toilet handles; mis-wired furnace and thermostat; dirty, bent window frames that let the freezing cold winter air leak through. We've had maintenance in the apartment SEVEN times in the less than 1 month we've been here. This circumstances of our move didn't allow any choice but to move in once we got here. We've lived in apartment buildings 40 years older than these that had no problems whatsoever. Office staff is RUDE and unprofessional. Once they have your money, they could really care less. BIG disappointment. We read some negative reviews and thought perhaps those people just couldn't be pleased. Really wish we'd never come to this crap hole. They are just above slum lords.
