Don't let the 'old school' office fool you....everything you need is inside! If it is sun abuse with freckles to conquer, or moles that need a closer look, it is here! In addition, you can say goodbye to the crows feet and 'I am thinking' lines that separate your forehead! Dr. Grey is honest about what you need and what you will love! She takes the time to educate you on everything she does! Shelly give the 'put you in a coma' facial that will leave you feeling loopie and refreshed! Be prepared! You may need a ride home! more

The best Esthetician!!! 4/7/2011

If you are looking for a wonderful Estheticiain on the Eastside, look no further. Shelly at Pinnacle Dermatology is wonderful. She is patient and understanding and very knowledgeable. I have seen her for facials and laser hair removal and she really listens to my concerns prior to doing any treatment and isn't pushy at all. Shelly is very professional and takes the extra time to make sure everything is just right. I have always felt taken care of and comfortable during treatments. I would highly recommend seeing Shelly for any of your skincare needs. more

Great Dermatologist! 3/22/2011

We have been patients of Dr. DeEtta Gray for over 10 years. We have received nothing but the best care from her. She is an extremely compassionate and knowledgeable doctor and always takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. Her staff is quick to return calls and on several occassions when we have needed a last minute appointment they have managed to squeeze us in. We highly recommend Dr. DeEtta Gray! more

The Best Dermatologist on the Eastside! 3/21/2011

Dr. DeEtta Gray is the best dermatologist I have ever had. I have been seeing her for almost 5 years and have referred all my friends and family to her. She is conscientious, caring and always takes the time to ""listen"" to you, and her office staff is very professional. I wouldn't trust my family to anyone else.. Thank you for what you do. more

Great Dr and Staff! 3/14/2011

I have followed Dr. Gray for years - she is truly one of the best. The one thing I have always appreciated about Dr. Gray is that she doesn't try to sell you on products or services she doesn't think you need. She has the best mannerism and is such a kind person. I've seen her for Botox, Juvaderm and peels. Her Botox and Juvaderm pricing is better than many of the other Dr's in the area. I have also seen Shelly for facials and she is really really good - she knows her stuff!! I have recomended Dr. Gray to friends and family and everyone who see's her, loves her!! more

Best all around skin care! 3/13/2011

This is the BEST dermatologyskin care place EVER! Great, soothing atmosphere! I visit the office regularly for facials, skin care consultation and laser hair removal with Shelly, she does an awesome job! Shelly is very friendly and knowledgeable of the best products and treatments around, her facials are heavenly! I also visit Dr Gray from time to time as my skin is fair, dry and quite sensitive, she does an excellent job helping me keep a healthy skin where other dermatologists weren't as successful in the past. My skin has been at its best ever! I couldn't be happier with the service provided at Pinnacle Dermatology and strongly recommend Dr Gray's and Shelly's service, whether it's a medical condition or you are just looking to get pampered and a more glowing skin. more

Soothing Facials 3/12/2011

I went to Pinnacle Dermatology after Shelly joined their group. I had been going to Shelly for laser hair removal at her previous office, and was very happy with her work. So now when I need a facial, I go to Pinnacle. Shelly is very professional and experienced, and I recommend her to my friends. Pinnacle Dermatology has a very relaxing atmosphere. more

Great Skin Care 3/11/2011

I came to Shelly in Dr. Gray’s office for an IPL treatment to treat extensive sun damage on my face from decades in the baking sun of the southwest. I had tried several topical treatments and even an acid peel with negligible effect. In one office visit, the IPL treatment erased years of damage - the results are truly remarkable. Without brown spots (and the heavy makeup I used to cover them) the look and health of my skin is drastically improved. I am very grateful for Shelly’s expertise and great follow-up care! \r more

Hurry - go to Pinnacle Derm! 3/11/2011

I am a professional woman in my 50s and have been taking good care of my skin for years. I recently moved to the area and was referred to Pinnacle Dermatology. They are a top notch practice. I have high standards, so they had big shoes to fill. Well, success!!!! Dr Gray and her nurse staff are always friendly and upbeat. I get Filler and Botox there and honestly the results are better than I've ever had. Dr Gray is so good at what she does. I also see Shelly, the esthetician. She performed on me 3 of the best IPL treatments along with her AMAZING facials I get regularly. Thank you Pinnacle Dermatology for making it a pleasure to go to ""the doctor""!! more

I was referred to Shelly and Dr. Gray at Pinnacle Dermatology by my Dermatologist who I trust and adore. They are both incredible! I've been seeing Shelly for facials ever since and I always look forward to it. Shelly is a fantastic person, fun to talk to, and her knowledge and expertise in skincare can't be matched. Plus, the woman has not a single fine line on her beautiful face!!! Not a single one! Gorgeous skin. She obviously knows what she's doing! Also, she and Dr. Gray usually have some sort of special they offer that allows you to take advantage of everything they have to offer and try new things you might otherwise not (botox, etc...). more

Shelly's IPL is INCREDIBLE! 3/10/2011

I was getting a facial and Shelly mentioned a special she was having on IPL. I had major sun damage/freckles on my chest and it made me look old!, so I gave IPL a shot. Three weeks later, once the treatment had taken effect, my chest looked like it belonged to a teenager. I was completely blown away that a single treatment completely removed every single freckle on my chest - and I must have had over 200 of them. Shelley is terrific and she stands behind her work. I actually returned to the office to show her the amazing results, and even she was blown away! Shelly's IPL is a MUST. more

My sun spots are gone! 3/10/2011

I was recently recommended to Pinnacle Dermatology by a friend and I'm so glad I finally made it in. I have been wanting to get rid of the brown sun spots on my face for years and after my friend had a great experience there, I decided to go as well. The esthetician, Shelly, did my IPL treatment. It was a little bit painful but Shelly made sure that I was always as comfortable as possible and she was patient and caring. I was really impressed by her knowledge of all the treatments options and confident she guided me in the right direction. I only needed one treatment and my sun spots cleared so much! I will definitely take Shelly's advice to further care for my skin and maintain my great results. The staff at Pinnacle Dermatology is friendly and professional with a really fun energy. I would recommend them to anyone wanting treatment in a stellar office! more

This place is the best. First of all, Shelly is amazing... I've been getting facials for years and she is truly awesome. A thorough esthetician, she is well versed on skincare and my skin has never looked better under her care. I've also seen Dr. Gray, who is equally awesome - she knows her stuff and is so easy to work with. The staff rocks - they are genuinely friendly and so helpful. Overall, love this place! more

Dynamic, Professional, Classy, and Personable! 3/10/2011

As a full time working mom, I treat myself to facials often. No one, and I mean no one compares to Shelly, the esthetician at Pinnacle Dermatology. She has this amazing ability to know exactly what you want, but most importantly she knows what your skin needs! She is well schooled, with a down-to-earth, friendly style. Having established a trusting relationship with Shelly for several years, I finally got the gumption to try Botox, and work with Dr. Gray. Dr. Gray is passionate about dermatology, very dynamic at what she does, and spends a great amount of time discussing individual needs. She knows her stuff!! I appreciated her approach and felt very safe in her care. The staff is friendly and accommodating. \r \r Whether your need is a facial, laser treatments, skin issues, facial rejuvination etc... Best all around place for facials and dermatology solutions 3/10/2011

Having followed the best esthetician around for several years now I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology. Shelly has been with Dr. Gray for almost two years. Shelly's technique never varies as she puts me to sleep every time... so relaxing are those hands. I recently turned to Dr. Gray for some dermatology problem I was having and wella.. problem solved quickly. Dr. Gray is easy to talk to and so professional. Total result driven clinic. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology. The products they recommended are excellent and long lasting. Friendly staff. more

I Love Pinnacle Dermatology 3/10/2011

Pinnacle Dermatology is a high class office. Dr. Gray did a skin screening for cancer and a biopsy. She is very friendly, yet professional, answered all my questions and was not hurried at all. The esthetician, Shelly, is the best! I have gone to her several times and she truly cares about her clients. She gave me some terrific guidance with skin care and I can see amazing results. Clean and relaxing! 3/10/2011

I had to stop getting facials because my skin would break out in rashes. After visiting with Dr. Gray she had recommended I try a new line of product and a facial to deep clean my skin. I was hesitant, but couldn't be happier. My skin has dramatically changed with the recommended products. The establishment is very clean, professional and so helpful! I recommend Pinnacle Dermatology to everyone! more

I have nothing but high praises for Pinnacle Dermatology. I have been seeing Shelly, the esthetician, for a number of years and wouldn't consider letting anyone else do my treatments. She is always professional, caring, and super knowledgable. \r \r I get regular facials from Shelly because she gives the best facial I've ever had. I have also had laser hair removal done IPL photorejuvenation. She makes me feel so comfortable during each procedure. \r \r When she joined Dr Gray's practice over a year ago I have now also found my new favorite Dermatologist. Dr Gray does the best lip filler injection I've ever had and great Botox as well. \r \r Thank you to the great staff and team at Pinnacle Dermatology! I highly recommend this office! more
