I live only half a block away from this location and I placed an order online, the confirmation email shows 7:35 s the exact time. And hour later I called to check up on the order and I was told that the order's been processed and is on its way to my apartment.
I waited and waited, finally at 10:15 I called them back to see what was up. I was bounced around and spoke to three rude individuals who kep putting me on hold. Finally I was told they can't find any records of my order and couldn't explain why I was told the order's on its way the first time I called.
Now my credit card has been charged for the order (tip included) and he couldn't send my money back because ""its not showing on their computer"". They offered to send me replacement free of charge but I was too angry and frankly not in the mood for Pinkberry anymore so I just hung up.
