We used this company for an interstate move from Michigan to southern CA after having used them a few years ago for an in-state move. We would never use them or National Van Lines...

Don't Use This Firm 1/18/2010

We used this company for an interstate move from Michigan to southern CA after having used them a few years ago for an in-state move. We would never use them or National Van Lines again for any moving service. In brief, the company misrepresented the costs, refused to honor its agreement, and had totally incompetent customer service in resolving the issues. Our recommendation is simple: NEVER use this company for any move. If you do, have a lawyer review the agreement before signing and hire a lawyer if they do no not honor their agreements. Absolutely Wonderful Service 8/26/2009

I have used Pink Transfer Moving & Storage quite a few times over the last twelve years for local moves and storage. In every case every bit of my furniture and all of my boxes were moved with great care. I have never had a complaint and the Pink family has always been courteous and caring ..... their staff on-time, hard working and precise. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I used Pink to move my business and have reccomended them to colleagues who used them for residential moves. They are family owned, very trustworth, very experienced and very decent people to work with. I reccomend them without hesitation. Pros: Trustworthy more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/27/2006

The crew was very nice, but everything else was terrible. Not enough staff, dumped several drawers in one box, no sorting done whatsoever. Put many items from different rooms in one box. Took four days to find silverware. Many mismarked boxes, if they were marked at all. Received less than 5 percent back after I complained, still not enough. DO NOT USE. They could have cared less about my problem. They were in a hurry the day we moved and did not have enough help. Pros: Nothing broken Cons: TOO EXPENSIVE, Customer Service, Lousy Packing more
