Should not call themselves groomers. 11/9/2011

Since they changed ownership, their quality of grooming has gone down fast. We have been taking our dog there to be groomed for about 5 years now and the recent visit is our LAST. Although his hair will grow back, it will take some time to grow long enough to get any kind of shape back in his cut. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! It is the worst cut I have ever seen! I cannot believe they actually call themselves groomers! more

Once was enough... 1/1/2011

We thought it would be nice to try a kennel so near to our home, especially since we haven't found one we like yet. I will be adding the Pink Poodle to the list of ""I Do Not Like and Will Not Be Back"" list. When we got our dogs, they were covered in mud and smelled horrible. Worse smell ever from a kennel! They also had taken off their collars. Why? Why would you take collars off of a dog? What if they get loose, who would ever be able to identify them? I was furious! Their food bag was torn up, which I can deal with, but not the other things. We will never take our dogs there again. If anyone knows of a good kennel in this area, please let us know! more

Won't be going back 10/16/2009

We have taken our schnauzer to Pink Poodle and her haircut was pretty good most of the time, but really not great. I instructed them to have one person cut her so she would be used to them, but that didn't happen and I didn't have anyone ask if others could do her. I was ""OK"" with that. But a couple of months ago, our baby came home with a bad scrape on her neck. She wouldn't hardly move her neck for a week or so. We called the owner and she did offer a free hair cut, but I will NOT take her back again. I am taking her elsewhere. Cons: Service not consistent on hair cuts more

Our dogs love Pink Poodle 11/21/2007

We have used their grooming and boarding services. LOVE the way our dogs look when groomed -- they always smell SO NICE when done. Both pups are in a great mood when we pick them up from being boarded when we go on vacation. They have a nice store with a great selection of gifts/items for dogs. Friendly service too!
