Penelpe loves Pinks Too! 10/14/2010

I don't agree with the comments below either. Michelle and her team are wonderful. Penelope has been going to Michelle since we got her, only when we moved out of state did we take her someplace else and now that we're back, there was no question who I call for her groomings! I would highly reccomend Pink Dog Parlor. There is a window in the shop so you can see the dogs and they are so fast. P is always happy when I pick her up and always looks beautiful! more

Daisy Loves going to Pinks! 5/11/2010

My papillon loves going to Pinks. They are very friendly with her and have very affordable prices. I don't agree with the negative comments posted below. There is a window so you can watch them groom your dog, however, I usually use that time to run errands. Every time I pick her up, she is very happy and stress free. I recommend this groomer to my friends and I was actually coming on here to find their number so we could make an appointment. I have been to several different groomers. Pinks has been my best experience so far. Pros: Cute place, very friendly service Cons: None so far more

Pink Dog Parlor - Clifton Park 12/16/2009

I'm not sure the people here were speaking of my shop, except for Mr. LaVine. All small pets are finished within 2 hours of their arrival (unless they bring in multiple pets) and there has ALWAYS been a window into the grooming area so the owners can observe pets being groomed. And anyone is welcome to sit and wait in the waiting area while their pet is groomed. Because of liabiity, owners cannot be in the grooming area because other pets are being groomed at the same time. Please feel free to come by and see for yourself. more

Great Customer Service 12/16/2009

My dogs have been groomed here since they opened. I find the staff to be very accommodating. \r \r Their new facility is a nice improvement with chairs to sit in while you wait and a window to see dogs getting groomed. Pros: Excellent customer service and superb grooming Cons: As a guy, going into any place called pink is not a plus. more

I went there once and my dog was so shaken up - obviously had a bad experience, not even counting the bleeding nail all over my SUV. I foudn a much nicer place where I can see what's going on & his tail is wagging when he's done. Pros: pretty place - looks ritzy Cons: everything is done behind walls more

grooming 11/19/2009

This place is dingy, dark and has a high wall where the grooming takes place. You are not allowed to stay with the dog while its being groomed or see for that matter. The groomer was not friendly, and you have to wait hours for your dog to be done because they are just a number there, and get to them when they get to them. Cons: not allowed to see whats going on more
