THE ABSOLUTE BEST STORE IN THE PALM SPRINGS AREA!!! Hands down!!! Better than Saks, Macy's, Banana Republic. It IS amazingly FUN !!! You could not copy the store if you tried! The owner, has obviously traveled across the entire world for her broad, thoughtful, creative, price-savvy, for every class, although, prefering higher-end clients, who wouldn't?... TREASURES! Hands down, it IS the most fun I have ever had, walking down El Paseo... Pink Guitars. Pink Leopard Furry Suitcases, Dog Clothes, Summer Dresses, everything you would need on vacation, or living in the desert area also... Up with the latest (even before the mass media) trends. Tons of famous clients... But you better be VERY famous to close the store down! Finally, a must see on EL PASEO! The Pink Club is one-of-a kind AWESOME! Pink Club Very Very Cute Store 4/4/2009

I went into the Pink Club on vacation and spent all my money there. It's one of the few stores in the desert that has any class. The store should actually move or expand. When I was in there atleast 5 people asked if they had other stores. It's a good thing I make a lot of money because the store isn't cheap but it's well worth it. I have worn my clothes from that store over and over and they last. Pros: Great Clothes Cons: should have more locations more

PINK CLUB ONE OF OUR FAVORITE STORES 4/4/2009

We love the Pink Club we visit several times a year and my daughter has so much fun there. I went two times on spring break and had to ship 4 boxes home. When I got home all my stuff was there. I Love this store they are on top of everything and very professional I shipped over $4,000 worth of stuff and everything arrved in perfect condition. Pros: FUN STORE GREAT THINGS more

cool store 2/26/2009

We love the Pink Club we stopped in on or vacation spent tons of money and called to order more when we got home. The store is still busy despite the economy which show their wonderful business is very atttractive. Infact it was the only store on El Paseo we went in and found tons of people in. gorgeous and best customized crystal products we have seen 1/9/2009

My mom and I just happened into the Pink Club when we were wandering the street. Cutest shop ever! We had never seen so many custom crystal items! I normally go for more green eco friendly products but was swayed by the super sparkly items here. I bought a cute shirt, but couldn't make up my mind which sandals to get so I left without any. When I got home I couldn't get them out of my mind and called and ordered a pair. The salesgirl was super friendly and no problems shipping them to my home in Los Angeles. They were so gorgeous I called and ordered 3 more pairs for christmas gifts! This store is not to be missed at the very least all the sparkles with cheer you up!!!! Pros: Friendly staff, lots of sizes available Cons: pricey but worth it more

We love the desert and always stop in the Pink Club on our vacation. The staff is always great. Don't beleive these crazy people who wrote some of these reveiws. We always have a great time shopping and spend lots of money. We have been shopping there for years and so have many of our friends. more

A friend of mine purchased some new shoes, when she got the shoes home they were faulty.\r My friend took the shoes back to change them, the staff started screaming abuse at my friend and accused her of being a shop lifter even though she had the reciept !!!!\r DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP\r FIND A SHOP THAT GIVES GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.\r WHY SPEND YOUR MONEY IN A STORE WHEN THEY TREAT YOU LIKE THIS???? REALLY REALLY FUN STORE TO SHOP IN 11/1/2008

I live in Palm Desert and frequent the Pink Club. We love their clothes, shoes and handbags. It's one of the best stores in the desert for locals and tourists. So don't pay attention to some lady who lost some crystals on her shoe. She probably wore them into the ground. Pros: fun store nice people more

I BOUGHT SOMETHING AT THIS STORE AND THE STONES FEEL OFF IN LIKE A SECOND...I TRIED TO EXCHANGE IT AND THE OWNER YELLED AT ME...THIS STORE IS HORRIFIEING,IM REALLY SURPRISED THEY EVEN HAVE GOOD REVIEWS THEY CANT BE TRUE..THERE ARE MANY GREAT SHOPS ON THIS STREET BUT NOT THIS ONE..WHEN I WAS IN THERE THE OWNER WAS REALLY RUDE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ALSO, SO ITS JUST NOT ME..PLUS THE STUFF THERE CAN BE FOUND ANYWHERE ITS NOT SPECIAL AT ALL..PLUS THE GIRL THAT WORKS THERE LOOKED LIKE SHE COUNDNT BE BOTHERED AT ALL..I HOPE THIS STORE CLOSES CAUSE IT IS DREADFULL. Well I live in L.A and I drive down to Palm Desert on the weekends to see my family often. I Have been to Pink Club a couple times and I've cruised El Paseo Plenty That Store, Saks5th Ave, and Heiress are the ONLY good stores out there between those three stores Im set. I Shop at the other location in the Mall as well and the girl in there was a doll, I told her I needed to get a last minute gift idea for my friends daughter (and mind you I was in a time crunch) She totally spruced up; a chic toto, ""Birthday girl"" shirt, a fancy jewelry box, along with a cute childrens book, and quickly gift wrapped it for me. Pros: Unlike L.A I don't pay for parking when I shop here. Cons: No Valet more

CUTE STORE 10/9/2008

I have been shopping at the Pink Club for years. I love the store. The staff is always friendly and nice. I read some of these horrible reviews and obviously someone has a personal vendeda. They don?t even say why they are angry . The Pink Club is a great store, they do great things and they will always be a successful store. I have friends all over the country that know about this store and love it. They will always be successful because they are a great store and I?m sure this makes a lot of unhappy people angry. WE LOVE PINK CLUB 10/4/2008

We love the pink club and have no problems with the girls that work there. We stop in almost every month and buy about $5,000 worth of clothes and shoes. I read some of these negative comments and it's obvious someone is jealous. They write bad things about the Pink CLub because no one is in their store spending money. Pros: great store more

quick note,a friend of mine told me to go on here and write about my experience there..it is to long to write and i will just get worked up..the owner is a nitemare,and her mom owns a store on the same street and she is just as bad...they ,well let me say the owner yells at her customers if they dont want something..dont shop there ever.it will not be a good experience.if i could rate them a zero i would they dont deserve the one star. more

this store is tacky.they sale these crystal shoes that i guess the sales girl told me they were know for there about 300 dollars and unless your 80 or a stipper you would not buy them...the store looks cool from the outside,but is a modge podge of overpriced useless stuff..on the inside...and the owner is a piece of work,she was actually yelling at a customer when i was in there..dont shop there..in fact try to stay as far away as possible... love the pink store 9/30/2008

I went to the pink club on my last visit to Palm Desert, CA and bought really cute dresses for my daughters and they even had stuff for my son. He had as much fun there as my daughters. Kirk Russel was in there the last time we were in and one year I saw Barbra Streisand with her dog. It's always fun to stop in and see what they have. The staff is very helpful and kind too. El paseo is a fun street to shop on and they are definantly one of the best stores to shop in. We love your store and my husband doesn't even mind us spening money there because everyone has son much fun. I even left my purse there and they stayed open for me to come pick it up. Thanks girls. LOVE THIS STORE 9/30/2008

I JUST GOT BACK FROM PALM DESERT AND SPENT ALL MY MONEY AT THE PINK CLUB I WENT THERE 3 TIMES DURING MY VACATION I COULDN'T GET ENOUGH AND THEIR STORE IN THE MALL IS REALLY FUN. THE PINK CLUB HAS SUCH TRENDY CLOTHES, SHOES AND HAND BAGS THEY ARE SO ADORABLE AND UNIQUE. I HAD A BAG MADE TO MATCH MY SHOES I CAN'T WAIT TO GET IT. THE SALES GIRLS ARE REALLY HELPFUL AND NICE. FUN STORE 9/23/2008

I love the Pink Club. I just bought another pair of their crystal shoes. I wear mine almost everyday. I would probably sleep in them if I could. I can?t wait until the boots come out. Pink Club is probably the only company that carries such a big selection of customized products. The designs and art work are to die for and the quality is worth the price. They always call me when they recieve new styles and if I can?t make it in they e-mail them to me. Thanks girls I love my shoes. more

Really cute store 9/22/2008

We just came back from Palm Desert and I love everything I bought from the Pink Club. I live in LA and there are a lot of stores here but the Pink Club is so cute I want them to open a store here. I heard Betsy Johnson was in there last weekend and when I asked the girl if a lot of celebrities come in she said yes. It is such a cute store and their prices are good for the quality you get. Pink Club is a great store. We have bought so many things from this store over the years from baby clothes to dog strollers. There selection is one of a kind. They carry Ed Hardy, Silver Dagger and an amazing selection of dresses. They probably have the largest inventory of crystal havaianas I've ever seen, not to mention their crystal shoes and handbags. I personally own almost every pair. If you visit Palm Desert you must stop in. You can't miss their hot pink store. Pros: Great store great products great sales girls they wll help you and you can call them for shipping. more
