I took my car Pacifica Chrysler for check the engine light , I Paid for the smoke test $92.58 to diagnose the problem and I authorized the work for $450 labor and parts, after 2 weeks the engine light came back so I took my car back to the shop and I have been informed by the manager Mustafa this is something new and it has nothing to do with the initial repair, to my knowledge I paid for a smoke engine test so they should know the problem from the beginning, it doesn’t make no sense ??? more over The EGR Valve costs only 36.99 but the pinecrest shell charged me $153.22. Very bad and not honest at all more

I noticed the negative comment was from 2009. I got my mercedes and tahoe serviced at this station. Great service and they knew what they were doing. Compared to all the shops around they are the best priced and treat their customers well. more

DO NOT GO HERE 9/23/2009

I've gotten my car fixed in multiple places and by far this is the worst experience I have ever had. The mechanics dont speak english, they are incompetent, and try to ripp you off my ordering the most expensive parts. They gave a really low estimate and then when my car was fixed, raised the price by hundreds of dollars. When I asked the manager about the new price....his response....""If you dont like it, go somewhere else, we will take out the new part."" Pros: Good location Cons: High prices, dishonest mechanics, slow work more
