well that last review by Sara must have been written by an employee to get business. That was all a bunch of crap! We have had nothing but trouble since day 1. The guy who helped us was Chris and what a nightmare he was. He lied to us several times and when it came down to the day we were to move in everything changed. We had to move in because we already paid and our whole lives were packed in boxes on the truck. I have never hated a place so much!! The people in the office are horrible. They lie and trick you so that you have to pay them more money, for what I don't know. It is not spent on upkeep of the place. They will show you the front pool which is always looking great for new-commers. The rest of the place sucks!!!! Parking - well that is a joke! This so called gated community is a scam. The gates are always WIDE open for everyone to come in. Don't bother asking for a key card to open the gates. We were told "ah who needs it, just one more thing to loose, just use the code to g more

I hate this place...regret moving here...First of all parking is horrible, each apartment gets 1 space so there is never enough parking. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do, they rush you off and they never follow up...Maintenance who??? there work is slopping and they take forever to fix your request. All the staff need to be replace with people who are effective and can get things done in a timely manner and not just collect their rent. the only good thing is that the place is big and the balconies are pretty big...but God bless you if you need anything to be fixed or replace more

I am a resident, I love FRANCINE, DANA, DENISE, PHYLLISS IS A PAIN IN THE Ass, anytime I call she has an excuse not to take my request. She has a very bad attitude problem........She always says to me, you know the other girls so well wait till Monday. Phyliss is not very professional....\r \r Furthernore, I had come to the office and she was to busy with her friends. and would not help me with an issue. Denise, Francine, Dana, are THE best. I lived in this complex for two years and had very few complaints. For the most part, when things broke they fixed them quickly. The few times I had issues with things not being fixed in a timely manner, the office manager resolved the situation. The apartments are huge and the neighborhood is safe. In addition, they have a program where they are promising not to "go condo". A lot of the apartments down here have convereted to condos, so that's an important feature to look for when renting. You don't want to settle in somewhere, only to have to move a few months later. They are also in a great location, at Sample and the Sawgrass, within walking distance to the middle school and high school. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. more
