Before we went to Pine Cone, we experienced how some other agencies cut corners (cheapest low-quality maintenance) and are slow to respond (avoid or delay repairs, slow to call back, etc.). We were ecstatic to find Pine Cone. When there was a roof leak on the weekend, they had a professional roofer there in under 2 hours, put up a temporary patch immediately, then did the permanent fix a few days later. When they had the house cleaned, they had a great window washer, cleaning agency, and carpet cleaner who all did perfect work, on schedule. When we have a question, they actually answer their phones or call back right away. Pine Cone offers integrity and quality that we really appreciate. more
