My interface with Dr. Eutsy has been good, but her office staff leaves VERY MUCH TO BE DESIRED....I plan to change vets ASAP after my last interaction with the staff in the office.\r
I had major surgery and cannot drive for 2 months while staying with my daughter 3 hours away. I asked the office staff to please\r
give permission for Pet Meds to send me the Meds I need (much less costly than buying through Pine Valley Animal Hospital). The lady in the front office was very rude and said that the prescription was written, but would not be sent and I had to pick it up. I explained my situation and she was still very rude and said she would make an exception this one time. When Pet Meds called her, she refused to give the OK ....ONCE AGAIN. . As soon as I am well again, I plan to change VETS IMMEDIATELY. Again, I have nothing against Dr. Eutsy, but her choice of office staff leaves much to be desired.
