Pine Tree Village

I had been interested to shift into the Pine Tree Village Apartments for quite some time. Every time I went to see them I was told of their ?special offer? which was 1 month rent off the apartment, if you sign a year?s lease. However that wasn?t the case because when I finally liked an apartment to move in.. I faced all kinds of problems:\r Firstly, they told me that their ?special offer? was only on selected apartments so the apartment I wanted did not have that special offer going on (very typical of these people).\r (I overlooked this fact)\r Secondly, they told me all apartments are ?tiled? but ofcourse mine wasn?t and they would not be able to do it. (I even let this go)\r Thirdly, I still submitted my application and asked the management to run my credit only if I met all their requirements. They told me I ?did meet? their requirements and ran my credit. But only to find out that I ?did not meet? their requirements and I would have to pay $1200 as a secu more

(This really pissed me off) Fourthly, I had a long talk with them but only in vain they were unable to make an exception or even reconsider the application . They were totally rude and inconsiderate and asked me to simply go and find an apartment else where.(Pathetic apartments to rent) PS : International Students : They will not let you rent an apartment if you ?do not have? a Social Security Number. The management is lousy as they ran my credit even though I did not meet the requirements possibly hurting my credit score. They promised me benefits which they did not provide. The apartments don?t even have a GYM ..How sad is that ?? If you still want to rent an apt. there please read the forms carefully before hand. more

The Landscape is okay, Lots Of Trees, They added More Parking and Lighting, AND The Gates Dont Have cards Anymore they Have Remotes!!!, And they Do get stuck once in awhile due to someone hitting it or coming in the wrong way! but magament alway has it fixed fast!, the apartments are great to! i love mine with its washer and dryer hook ups, nice tiled floors,accent walls, Love It !!!!!! and So Does My Roommate , the prices are good and i love that im close to river park and shopping and fast food , and ok managemt is human so they have bad days like the rest of us but i always find that they try to do as much as they can and if something needs to be done there on top of that as best the can even if they have to send for parts ( like my new dishwasher) so they cant please everyone ... oh well i find them to be a nice cozy place to live, its quite and the office is friendly and human Pros: Close to Shopping And Fresno State Collage Cons: doesnt have 2 showers or bathrooms! more

---Hah! When I first moved in the 'N' was missing so it was Pie Tree Village. That was more than 3 years ago. Nice place to live. Quiet. Mainly college students. Quiet ones. Only rarely do we hear our neighbors. We've only been in downstairs units. \r \r ---Grounds are well landscaped and clean. Gardeners come by Thursday and Tuesday (early!, but it makes the place look nice:) Turner security drives through at night. Gate actually works. No code, just remote control. Great location. Good for Fresno State Students. School's like 1.5 miles down the street. I'm still late everyday though :). Freeway not too far and we're down the street from Target, Best Buy, Jamba, Subway, Game Stop, Pets Mart, Walgreens, Longs, etc...\r ----We just moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Nice upgrade. It was recently renovated and has 18" tile in kitchen, living room, hall, 1st bath, and second half bath. Both rooms have carpet. I love the tile! Keeps the apt tons cooler than carpet, and it looks nice. \r -- more

I lived at Pine Tree Village for a year before I was transferred to another town. If I didn't have to move I would have definitely stayed here. They offer a few different floor models. I would recommend getting the 2 bedroom in the 1 story buildings. This way you don't have someone living above you, there's washer and dryer hookups in these apartments as well. And with the one story buildings you have a good size yard area in front of your apartment. The cabinets are a little outdated in the kitchen but there better than a lot of other apartments I've seen in Fresno. The rent is a little cheaper than most other apartments around the area. Overall, I loved living here! I would highly recommend putting it on your list of places to check out. more

I love the layout of the apartment and the ceiling fans and wood cabinets are great, it is very spacious and I love the landscape. However, the community is gated and the gate cards don't work half the time and the call box does not work and I have been informed by management that they have no intentions of fixing it so I have to walk out from the very back to let my family in when they come to visit and also I am a clean person but I have mold growing in my bathroom that needs to be cleaned once a month and the management told my husband that they are going to start charging us to clean it. In this case the bad out weighs the good. more
