Pine Lake Stoves

I purchased a used Free standing vented gas Fireplace stove last year and couldn't be happier! The service was excellent and Dominic went out of his way to be more than helpful try to help me initially find parts to convert my old mantel fireplace from propane over to gas before we decided purchasing one from them would be the better way to go. I highly recommend them and will continue to support them again in the future! more

I was recently searching sites to complete a review on the Service and Product that I received at Pine Lake Stoves. I was surprised to see the reviews listed above. I heard the owner had changed hands a few years ago but is once again in the hands of the original owner and maybe that can offer some clarification to the reviews that do not recommend this store. I recently purchased a fireplace from Pine Lake Stoves and found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. They took the time to explain the most efficient way to heat my home and with rising energy costs this was our primary goal. They superseded our expectations and I could not be more pleased with their service and the final result!! Their showroom has many fireplaces for all price ranges and allowed my husband and I to view the finished product before it was installed. There really is a lot to see and their store will provide you with many ideas for your home. I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends in the future. This is a small privately owned business and the customer service backs up my high rating. If you're considering a fireplace project, stop in and speak with Ralph or Garrett. more
