Very scenic. Reconstruction underway at this moment to make it even better. JC's restaurant on site has great food and the people are very friendly. Hot spot during the summer, and service could not be better. A employee goes around and shovels out every home walk way when it snows. Constant lawn and leaf maintenance. Cost of apartments are fair. Personally I love it here, I just went with the studio instead of the one bed room, and I am paying for it. more

What a mistake I made moving into this place. Don't be fooled by the golf course surroundings. It's a glorified trailer park. It's third-world design and construction. I have smokers on both sides and every time they light up somehow the stench comes right into my apartment. It wakes me up at four in the morning when the person next door gets up for a cigarette. The apartment doors are not secure. There's no deadbolt or even a safety lock. You can get into any apartment with a credit card. THERE IS NO OUTGOING MAIL SLOT ON THE MAILBOXES. You have to drive to the post office to mail your bills. Half the machines in the laundry room are out of service. Can't wait for my lease to be up. Don't make the same mistake. Keep looking. Pros: Nice surroundings. Good gym. Cons: Shoddy design and construction. Cigarette smoke seeps in. Bad locks on doors. more
