Excellent Employees 3/30/2011

Ruth is an excellent employee of Pine One Hour. She did our service call last week. She came and was excellent. I really liked that she explained everything she was doing and showed me how my furnace works, without making me feel silly. more

The folks at Pine came out to maintenance my heating and cooling systems. Larry was very good and he knew his stuff! Next time we do maintenance we?ll be requesting him again. more

Tech had great Attitude 2/17/2011

I called for service last Thursday night at about 9:30pm. Pines sent out Ruth at about 7am. She arrived positive and with a very professional attidude and appearance. She worked until midnight! What a long day! But she did a great job and stayed positive and professional the whole day! more
