Pine Creek Village

This apartment complex is pretty affordable, so it gets alot of people, but some are undesirable, and the management does nothing to remove them. When you look on megan's list there is a prediator/offender living here.\r Also drunken neighbors that scream and fight all night will not be removed. Management is so rude and does not listen to any complaints. They are family run so they don't listen objectively.\r \r The parking is horrible, you can never find a spot the guest lot holds about 20 cars and there is never a vacancy. The apartments are old and in need of repair and the management does little to help you get thru any plumbing or structural problems. You have to complain and complain for weeks. \r \r They are taking your money here and not respecting you as a renter. Go else where and you'll be glad!!!! This is a beautiful apartment complex. Walk around once and you will want to live there. The staff at the front office are very helpful and want to make your experience the best possible. If anything goes wrong they will have a repair person there quickly to assist. It was a pleasure living at this facility. more
