This franchise location of an otherwise good brand, Pinch-a-Penny, is disappointing and disorganized. I bought my parents a large green egg grill from these same folks who later sold us among other replacement parts the wrong size gasket. \r

When attempting to resolve with Doug and Tom at the store, Doug walked away and Tom scolded my mom for having not read the size on the packaging the first time. My mom is the easiest, most reasonable person on the planet..and no one deserves such jerky treatment.\r

Congratulations Tom and Doug on tarnishing the Pinch-a-Penny brand and bullying my mom over a $20 gasket. Tom, I hope you feel better after demeaning my mom. You've lost more than a customer, you made my 70 year old mom cry. \r

There's a nearby HOME DEPOT with a pool section and LOWE'S Home Improvement store with great selection and prices less than 5 minutes away and worth the drive to AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME AT THIS CLUTTERED AND GRUMPY Pinch-a-Penny store.
