While I don't know much about the glass service, Pilkington is a poor employer. They hired my son to deliver glass (apparently a backlog) and after a few weeks put him ""on call"". Well, they didn't call...nor did they ever tell him his work wasn't up to snuff...they just went into hiding. Now, my son is a young man trying to learn how to work and I'm not naive enough to not know perhaps he wasn't what they wanted, but it's cowardly to not at least level with the kid...if that was the case. He'd quit a job to go to work at Pilkington, so he was out of work altogether. \r

If you treat employees this way, you're not much of a business...and one I'd avoid if at all possible.
