Workouts go by REAL fast cause there's no standing around and chatting, but the workout is FUN!\r VERY personalized from what day/time appointments can be made to all the different ways one can get movin'\r \r IT IS located at 2311 Tapo St, Simi valley,\r NOT the Valley fair address .....\r \r Pros: Not like the usual smelly gyms AT ALL! Cons: REALLY can't think of any! more

AWESOMENESS 8/3/2011

In a short series of classes, I felt a noticeable change! With a few more classes, I felt sleeker in my body! I was amazed at how much fun I was having too! They worked me hard while making me smile and laugh as the hour passed. I find myself missing the camaraderie almost as much as the expert instruction. Pilates takes mental energy and the descriptive approaches given and encouragement along the way are best in class! TRY THEM OUT! more
