Incompetent MORONS!!! They hardly ever answer the phone! They told me they would bring my dumpster at the beginning of this week which I translated to Monday Or Tuesday. Well By Thursday I had to call and see what the hell was up! When the guy finally brought out My Dumpster He put in right in front of my Garage Door!! I mean come on... Who actually uses their garage... um everybody! MORONS more

drivers ripping open trash bags and digging 9/23/2009

Yep, same thing happened to me, we took pictures of them ripping open our trash bags and digging through our stuff. I called and told the co. and they haven't done it since but I watch them closely. more

DRIVERS LEAVEING TRASH FOR US TO CLEAN UP 4/23/2009

I thought animals where getting into my trash and ripping it open so I put a lid on my trash bin When I went out today to put trash into the bin there where 2 bags of trash in it that they had left and both bags where ripped open. Now I have a mess again I guess I will be stuck to clean up..and I know now it wasn't animals. There is no way they could have got into the trash. I am sick of this company they keep raising there prices and costing me more money because I keep having to replace the trash bags.. more

Drivers/helpers going through the trash. 3/27/2009

I just placed a phone call to Pike Sanitation (3-27-09 5:30 a.m.) due to the driver and his helper going through my dumpster and pulling items out. I approached the driver and asked him what he was getting out of my dumpster and he showed me. I asked him if the items shouldn't be in the truck to be compacted. He took the items and then tossed them into the back of the truck. The items that the driver had were in a garbage bag that was TIED closed. This means that they actually took the time to rip open a bag of garbage and go through it. How many other customers of PIKE SANITATION have had the same thing happen and are completely unaware??? Be very wary of what items you dispose of for PIKE SANITATION to pick up. more
