We had a large dinner party here and the service was so bad , I will NEVER return. The arrogant bartender, waitress and especially host should have been fired. The owner is a very nice person who tried to make ammends. Other people we know have gone there since and rave about the place. I guess going there for dinner is ok, just don't plan any parties. Pros: Nice place & good food more

Pietro's Prime is overpriced and not worth it. 8/26/2009

Very overpriced. Took 45 minute to get our meal. even for the kids and it was not even the weekend! We had a large party, however have never waited that long. Service was okay. felt like the service was not in the mood to wait on us. very disappointed. would not recommend or go back. more

Steak house! 8/19/2009

Well, if you are in the mood for a massive, perfectly prepared Porterhouse, this is the only spot in West Chester where you can find it. The Lobster Bisque is either home made or they buy it from the best, its fantastic. Expensive spot but for a better steak you would have to go to King of Prussia or Philly. more
