Pierre & Carlo European Salon & Spa

I have tried many spas in the area and have been left in search of a true spa experience. I decided to try Pierre and Carlo as it is not far from my home and I wanted to go for my birthday. I had an excellent facial and sewwdish massage with Kathleen. She is very knowledgeble and thorough. I also had my makeup done with Patty. She did a great job and I left feeling beautiful and relaxed. It was a real treat and I would highly recommend this spa. \r I recently got married and wanted to do something different for my bridal party. I decided to treat all 6 girls plus my mom and mother-in-law to ? hour massages, manicures, pedicures and lunch. It was 9 of us all together. The manager did a super job with helping me coordinate and plan the day. She arranged limo service to pick us up and the most delicious buffet lunch in addition to our services. It was a wonderful day to spend with my dear friends and family. I went to this salon and spa for a massage and a haircut with a gift certificate my husband gave me for Christmas. The services were well done and the place is beautiful. I did have some trouble finding this place. Its a little off the beaten path and I was about 20min late for my appointment. Even though I was frustrated when I arrived the receptionist could not have been nicer. They still accommodated my services and the massage therapist was very kind and even let me have a cup of herbal tea to calm down before my massage. I would just suggest to maybe ask first time clients if they are familiar with the area since there is so much construction around you. All I can say is WOW, what a terrific salon and spa. I recently had a black tie affair to go to and I usually wear very little makeup and my hair I keep very plain. I decided to try Pierre and Carlo out since the salon I usually go to does not have a makeup artist. I had my hair done by Kate she did a beautiful job. My hair was done in soft waves and pinned up in the front. Patty did my makeup. I was really nervous it was the first time anyone has ever done my makeup before. Patty was great she took her time and listened to my concerns about looking too made up. She did a beautiful job. My husband could not believe the transformation! We had a wonderful time at our event. Next time I have an affair to go to I may even take Patty up on her offer to apply lashes as well. That would be really daring for me! I just relocated from California and I am living in Trilogy Apartments temporarily until I can find a home. I received a complimentary mini massage when I moved in from Pierre & Carlo. I was so excited it was just what I needed. I went in and asked if I could upgrade to an hour and it was just an additional $35.00. I couldn't believe it. Kathleen gave me a wonderful massage. The spa is beautiful and I stayed an additional half hour just relaxing in the tranquil setting. I talked to Maria after my massage about my hair and booked an appointment with her. I am a natural red head and I get highlights about every 3 months. Maria took her time with me and listened to everytihng I told her about my hair. my appointment for my hair was yesterday for a color and a cut. Maria did a super job. My color is very natural looking and full of shine. \r I love living at Trilogy and having Pierre and Carlo right here. Even when I find my permanent residence I will still go to Pierre & Carlo to see Kathleen and Maria. Pros: everyone is so nice and imformative more

My experience with Pierre and Carlo has been going on 5+ years and I have to say that when I made the choice to stop traveling into center city versus traveling the 15 minutes to get to this salon I thought I might have to change back. Then I found Kate. She is the BEST! Friendly, outgoing, personable. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt comfortable. Then she cut and colored my hair and it was official, I would not be traveling into the city anymore! I definitely found what I was looking for...talent, originality, creativity you name it! She can do it!! Imagine walking into your stylist and saying you want a change (happens all the time for me) Kate will have an idea for you. She knows what shape face works with what style and color, I have never had a better experience. It has been over 9 months and several cuts and color ideas later I am convinced that as much change as I go through with my hair Kate will remain the same. more

Without a doubt, Roy is the best hair designer I have encountered in the past 30 years. He is educated and knowledgeable about all aspects of hair (biologically) and design (aesthetically). I was grey with highlights for a while, then took the plunge recently to color, and am over-the-top happy with the results. His skills are far above the average, his manner professional-friendly. This guy knows his stuff. \r \r This place is great all around. Jenaya gave my two excellent waxings with terrfic new eyebrows which drew favorable comments from friends. \r \r The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I recieved a gift certificate from my wife for Fathers Day that I just got around to using. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Kathleen and a great haircut with Maria. I live close by in Elkins Park and was getting my haircut in the city after work. I plan to see Kathleen and Maria on a monthly basis. I was so impressed with everyone I purchased a gift certificate for my wife on the way out for a a full day of beauty for her Christmas present. I know she is going to love it! This is a truly great place. I have searched all over to find such a stupendous Salon. This is it. They have everything onew might want. The staff is truly talented and after many bad experiences at other local Salons I found this new and refreshing Salon. Go try it-you won't regret it. more

Nothing can compare to this great Salon! The staff is highly experienced and offers everything one might wish for. The Salon is new and fresh and lovely. The parking is through the valet service and is very convienent. The look and feel of Pierre and Carlo is quiet and very rich!! They accept credit cards and make everything very worthwile. FINALLY A SPA IN EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY THAT TRULY IS A SPA. WHAT A GREAT PLACE THIS IS. I HAD BEEN TO PIERRE AND CARLO IN THE CITY MANY YEARS AGO AND LOVED IT THEN. What a great place for all your spa and beauty needs!\r I went here for their summer promotion - a mandarin martini pedicure. Heavenly~! The promotion also included a free shampoo and style. So I asked for a cut to be added on - and the whole deal cost me only $70! Fabulous! I have been searching for a stylist for two years - and I have finally found my woman! Diane has great communication skills - will go back and forth until you know what you want. She is a great professional - continually going to classes and keeps up with the latest techniques and styles! I had multiple services done and it was all very wonderful!! Diane saved my hair from all the damage I had done. The haircut was amazing and very easy to manage. My 1/2 up and 1/2 down updo was unbelievable!! Patty took care of my makeup and my nails, What a Great job!! Roy has done my color a million times and everytime its wonderful. It was amazing the work that they all do!! I highly recommend Pierre and Carlo for all of your services and Wedding day needs. They made me glow and I felt like a princess!!! What a fun relaxing atmosphere- no stuffiness here! I truly look forward to getting my hair done when I go to Pierre & Carlo. The people there are so very friendly and very client-oriented; which I absolutely love. When I'm there, I feel as though it's my time to be pampered. I'm always welcomed with a hot cup of coffee (thanks, Maria!) and smiles from everyone. Maria, in particular, is wonderful. She has been cutting my hair for years, is always on time for appointments and is up on the latest trends. I've had friends and neighbors ask where I get my hair done. Upon going to Maria, one friend raved about her hair and was even complimented by her former hairstlyist!! I like knowing that the stylists are being trained on the hottest trends in hair all the way from New York to Paris. How many salons can say that? I've been going to Pierre and Carlo at the Trilogy since it opened. From day one, everyone there has been exceptionally nice and professional. ALL GREAT PEOPLE! I've had ""difficult"" hair all my adult life. I FINALLY found someone who could do it exactly how I've always wanted it to be..... MARIA! It's now healthy, shiny, and perfect. Everyone compliments me on the style and the color. The results have changed my life and self-image. And to top it off, Maria is unbelievably sweet and caring. YOU MUST GO TO HER - SHE'S AMAZING! I highly recommend this salon. Whoever I have sent there absolutely loves it. I also love Jenaya for facials and waxings, and Patty for pedicures - etc. etc. Can't say enough good things!
