Piercing Pagoda

What a disappointment!!! Last week I took my daughter to the Sandy Piercing Pagoda to get her ears pierced. The only cute earrings were way overpriced. In addition they charge $5 for a ""warranty"" and $1 for ear care without telling you ( I found out after I had already paid). The worst part was that the girl helping us (Nicole, I think) was very rude. She seemed like she didn't even want to be there. This is not the type of person I would choose to pierce little girls ears. If you are considering getting your daughter's ears pierced go to Claire's (I hear they are cheaper and nicer). more

I went here to get my daughters ears pierced and I will never attempt to go there again. The employee wouldn't break away from her conversation with her friends to even give me the time of day. She KNEW I was there waiting to be helped but she couldn't seem to realize she was at work, not social hour. Then the phone rang and it was obvious it was one of her friends. So here I am waiting to be helped while she talked to friends in person AND on the phone. Finally I got sick of waiting so I walked away. Her gay friend then proceeds to stare me down as I left. What a waste of the owners money.... that stupid employee lost $40+ for the company. DO NOT go here. boooooooo!! Pros: good selection, good location Cons: HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!! horrible horrible horrible more
