Gave them 1 star due to their questionable sales people. Our sales person was apparently either suffering from early onset Alzheimers or is simply dishonest. When we went into the store to actually buy the product, he quoted us a higher price than what he gave us the week before. It seems he ""forgot"" that he had written the price on his business card (which I showed him). So, he honored that price and we purchased the product. Upon delivery, it seems he ""forgot"" to tell us about a $149.00 set up fee. And finally, when we received our copy of the extended warranty, it seems he ""forgot"" to tell us that you had to spend THREE TIMES the amount of the warranty to get your rebate. But that's fine, the forgetfulness is apparently going to be contagious. I'm telling everyone to ""forget about shopping at Pieratts"". more

Salesman not trueful, Said complete delivery and hook up, did not happen - Sold extra remote that would not work - No one in the store could hook up TV, Had to hire someone to get the TV going - DVD recorder would not work with the TV - Said the TV was HDTV ready and would be all I need to get HDTV. Wrong, had to purchase HD transformer to receive HD. Would not help pay for hook up charges - Did not tell me about cables that would be needed. \r Don't believe anything they tell you - do some research - watch out for sales pitch's if you buy today you will get _________.
