Piedmont Turf Management

Piedmont turf has been our lawn service company going on three years. When they started with our yard we had year over year issues with brown patch. With in a short time they resolved the issue and we have seen our yard look better each year. We work personally with the owner who is very professional and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend piedmont turf to any home owner who wants reliable lawn care. more

We are repsonding to the two reviews posted. In regards to the previous client, we are not saying that this type of accident could not happen but we went back to the property once we were told of the iccident, we could not find any damage. We tried several times to correct the situation, but were unsuccessful. We value each client by taking extra steps to respect their property. In regards to Ed, we looked through all our contacts, leads etc and could not locate your information. As a locate business that focuses on 100% client satisfaction we strive to follow up on every lead, email and phone call. We can provide potential clients with as many referrals/testimonals they need that will paint a better picture of our professionalism. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. more

Nicked my brother's brand new car when weed eating. He had even moved the car to the center of the drive. Had to call someone back up from the truck to blow the grass off of the car as well. Poor service. They spend approximately 12-15 minutes to cut your grass and weed eat. They never come the same day or time. You never know when they are coming. more

Let me say first that I am a small business owner myself so I understand the difficulties/challenges that comes with owning a business. Reviews are valuable to me and my potential clients-- it keeps me in check so I know how I am doing- where I need to improve. With that being said-- if I ran my business anywhere near the way that the Piedmont does- I would be fired by my clients. You call to schedule an appointment and while they are pleasant on the phone and seem to put you on the "schedule"-- they don't show up. Now, you may think-- "hmm-- let's give them another chance" (like I did) and call again as a reminder. They STILL don't show up when they PROMISE you that they will be there by a certain time. Looking at the other reviews on this site -- they appear to be all from the same person/place. I hope folks take the time to read this review to save yourself the aggravation. more
