NOT HAPPY WITH TURNAROUND TIME 11/29/2011

I ordered my son's school pictures and wrote a check two months ago. I am in the process of trying to close my bank account and open a new one but haven't been able to because PIEDMONT PORTRAITS won't cash my check! I have called them three times and asked them very nicely to please get the check to the bank even if I don't get the pictures right away. I am facing bank fees because I can't close my account. Way too long to hold someone's check especially when I have called. Will never write them a check again. more

I just recieved my daughters senior picture package & didn`t get all the pictures I paid for & when you try to call them all you get is voice mail.The pictures are terribly overpriced & not that great quality.I promise ,I will have someone else do her cap & gown pictures & will never do business with this company again. more

Senior Pictures 8/20/2009

I just think that the photographer done a rush job. All of the poses were basically the same but some were whole body others were up close and he just changed out the background. When Olan Mills done the senior pictures a few years ago they were great and every picture was totally different. I went ahead and took my daughter to another photographer and got a cd with over 75 pictures and multiple changes of clothes for way less. Just something for you to look into to see to it that you have happy customers. From what my child tells me quite a few are not happy with their pictures. Pros: They come to your school to do the pictures Cons: Needs more versatility more
