Digital mammography,an integral part in the early detection of breast cancer, takes a digital image of the breast and stores it directly in a computer.
Stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies are outpatient diagnostic procedures that allow testing of suspicious areas of the breast without having to use general anesthesia.
Ductograms, performed during mammography, are utilized to highlight the ducts in the breast to determine if any abnormalities are present when there is abnormal discharge from the breast.
Our DEXA testing is the most accurate and common way to evaluate osteoporosis. This low-dose X-ray checks the hip, forearm or spine, looking for signs of mineral loss and bone thinning.
The 16-slice CT scanner is used to analyze various parts of the body for abnormalities & infections by taking a scan of the body.
Diagnostic X-ray uses ionizing radiation that allows physicians to detect bone injuries & anomalies of the body.
For expectant mothers who are between 23 and 34 weeks of pregnancy we offer 3D/4D ultrasound. This allows parents-to-be the opportunity to view moving three dimensional images of their baby.
