Dr. Richardson and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty in meeting my needs. While my hearing problem is probably run of the mill, the administrative burden is quite large. My hearing loss is the result of many years as a firearms instructor for a Federal law enforcement agency which requires dealing with the Federal bureaucracy.
